Payout Policy

If you have listed a book in an incorrect condition and it arrives in worse quality than you indicated to the buyer you will not receive a payout at all. This is because Secondhand.WizeBooks will now be liable to collect the book from the client and refund them for the purchase. 

 

Payments

We strive to make payment as follows but it cannot always be guaranteed:

• Payment to the seller is made by EFT (Electronic funds transfer) 3 days after the buyer receives the delivery.
• Payment to sellers will be made 3 business days after delivery for all finalised transactions before 1pm. Please note that at peak times, this may take a little longer.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that payment details and addresses that are provided are accurate. If as a result of incorrect payment data the payment is made to the wrong party and the money cannot be recovered then the loss is the responsibility of the seller. Regular communication will be sent via e-mail regarding the progress and status of each order.
